Under this license, you may not:

- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with the software or platform infrastructure.

- Use automated systems such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers without explicit written permission.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action
4. User Account
When you create an account on the platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Musician Portfolio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
5. User Content & Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload, including images, videos, audio files, text, and portfolio materials (“User Content”).
By uploading content, you grant Musician Portfolio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to:
- Host, display, distribute, reproduce, and promote your content within the Services.
- Use your content to operate, improve, or market the platform (e.g., platform previews, example portfolios)—only with your consent when required.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have permission to use all submitted content.
- Your content does not violate copyrights, trademarks, or any other third-party rights.
- Your content does not contain harmful, illegal, or inappropriate material.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Subscription Fees
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- All payments are processed through secure third-party processors.
- Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated in our Cancellation Policy.
6.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
6.3 Pricing Changes
We may modify subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified in advance of any changes. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Cancellation & Termination
7.1 User Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
7.2 Termination by Musician Portfolio
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your activities may cause harm to the platform or other users
- You engage in illegal or fraudulent behavior
Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked, and your content may be removed.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
We implement industry-standard security measures; however, no method of data transmission is completely secure. You agree to use the Services at your own risk.
9. Third-Party Links & Integrations
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or external integrations (e.g., social media, payment processors). We do not control or endorse these third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
- Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Upload harmful, defamatory, or obscene materials.
- Share copyrighted content without permission.
- Use the platform for harassment, fraud, or unlawful activities.
- Interfere with the platform's performance or security.
- Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity.
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Violation may result in immediate account termination.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- The results obtained from the Services will be accurate.
- The platform will meet your expectations or needs.
Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Musician Portfolio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the limitation shall apply to the minimum extent permitted.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Musician Portfolio, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

- Binding arbitration (unless prohibited by law)
You agree to waive your right to a class-action lawsuit.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Musician Portfolio regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
