Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Musician Portfolio subscription at any time. Cancellations can be processed through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
3. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for partial months. You will have access until the end of your billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds may be provided on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days of purchase.
- Setup Fees: One-time setup fees are non-refundable.
4. Data Retention After Cancellation
After cancellation, your portfolio data will be retained for 30 days. During this period, you can reactivate your subscription and restore your portfolio. After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your account dashboard
- Navigate to "Account Settings"
- Click on "Subscription" or "Billing"
- Select "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

6. Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time within 30 days of cancellation. Simply log in to your account and follow the reactivation prompts. Your previous portfolio data will be restored.
7. Account Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, refunds will be provided at our discretion.
